Medium Size Liquid Nitrogen Generators

Description

Liquid nitrogen equipment is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, uses high-quality carbon molecular sieve as the adsorbent, and produces nitrogen from air under a certain pressure. The compressed and dried compressed air is subjected to pressure adsorption and decompression desorption in an absorber. Due to the kinetic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen in the pores of the carbon molecular sieve is much higher than that of nitrogen. When the adsorption has not reached equilibrium, nitrogen is enriched in the gas phase to form the finished nitrogen. Then the pressure is reduced to normal pressure, and the adsorbent desorbs other impurities such as the adsorbed oxygen to achieve regeneration. Generally, two adsorption towers are set in the system, one tower absorbs nitrogen and the other tower desorbs and regenerates. It is automatically controlled by a PLC program to make the two towers alternately circulate. The finished nitrogen passes through the chiller to produce liquid nitrogen.
